Corrections Policy
Healthcare listings can go stale quickly. Clinics change hours, close, relocate, rebrand, stop accepting walk-ins, or adjust services without much notice. We want to correct those changes as quickly as possible.
What we update
- Clinic names, addresses, phone numbers, and website URLs
- Hours of operation and 24/7 status
- Duplicate, closed, or suspicious listings
- Service descriptions that appear misleading or outdated
Best correction requests include: the page URL, the field that appears wrong, and the official source that supports the correction such as the provider's website.
How we handle low-confidence listings
If a listing appears questionable and cannot be confirmed confidently, we may mark it as archived, remove it from indexing, or delete it entirely from the directory until it can be verified.
Before relying on a listing
Always confirm current hours, accepted insurance, and service availability directly with the clinic or hospital before visiting.
